Sarah Flick
Coach
Sarah joined Nancy Skinner & Associates in 1996. Sarah serves as a
coach in our Speak Up & Be Effective™ series and Advanced Sales
Training for Kellogg’s, Coca Cola, Plante & Moran, National City Bank, and Fifth Third Bank. Sarah's business
background prior to Nancy Skinner & Associates was in sales and
training in the telecommunications industry. She is a graduate of Taylor
University and received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In the
winter of 2000, Sarah was honored by Taylor as a "Lesson in Leadership."

Jennifer Maxson
Practice Group Leader, Consultant & Coach
Jennifer joined Nancy Skinner & Associates in 1996. Jennifer serves as a consultant for clients
like Kellogg’s, Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, National City Bank, Plante & Moran, Fifth Third Bank, and Spectrum Health.
She is a coach in our Speak Up & Be Effective™
series providing important skill development for our clients like Coca-Cola, Hackley Hospital, and Gentex Corporation.
Her background prior to Nancy Skinner & Associates was in public relations and marketing in the public sector.
Jennifer is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.

Ellen McNally
Coach & Consultant
Ellen joined Nancy Skinner & Associates in 2004. Ellen serves as one of our design/developers of new program
offerings for clients and as a coach for The Art of Business Dining. Her professional experience includes 20
years in human resources, training, and development with Steelcase and General Motors. Ellen is a graduate of Central Michigan
University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications.

Nancy Skinner
Executive Coach & Consultant
Nancy is the founder of Nancy Skinner & Associates and has spent over 20 years dedicated to enhancing the
credibility of leaders. Nancy is an executive coach and personally conducts The Exceptional Leader™ program for
companies like Johnson Controls, Coca Cola, Kellogg’s, SPX, and Accident Fund Insurance Company of America.
Nancy’s background includes a bachelor’s degree in Speech and Communication from the State University of New York and
studies at Northwestern University. She is also the author of Be Bright. Be Brief. Be Gone., a desk reference on
powerful presentations. Numerous for-profit and non-profit Boards of Directors have benefited from her leadership.
